If you have been living under a rock for the past 3-4 years, you may not have heard that Dodge is bringing back the Challenger nametag, and with a healthy dose of ‘ohmygod’. Other than goreous looks, this head turner is powered by a 392ci Hemi. Thats right, the 392 Hemi is being brought out of mothballs for the re-release of the Challenger. Personally, I remember what the old 392 Hemi’s were like. In the words of my father ‘They make a great boat anchor’. However Dodge is projecting speeds of 0-60 in 4.5 seconds and 1/4 mile times in the 13 second range (at least thats what they say the concept car will do). I’ll hold judgement on the car until I see one hit the street, but the Challenger looks like one sexy beast.
